KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, with a specific focus on AI-Driven features and solutions
- Participate in the process of designing new software functionalities and/or changing existing ones in accordance with the business needs of the company;
- Analyze and structure business requirement and processes to translate them into technical requirements using AI technology (when it is appropriate) ;
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, defining system behaviors, data flows and integration points. Prepare clear acceptance criteria to ensure development clarity with the development team;
- Oversee the development of AI solutions (AI models, Agent model, Agentic AI), ensuring they align with business logic and regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions are transparent, unbiased, and compliant with evolving data privacy laws (like GDPR or industry-specific AI frameworks);
- Contribution to the testing AI models and other AI solutions;
- Support the deployment and adoption of the solutions to the end users;
- Synchronize the tasks with other squads;
- Create and maintain up to date shared documentation in accordance with established standards;
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years’ professional experience as Business Analyst;
- Understanding of Machine Learning lifecycles, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and how Large Language Models (LLMs) can be applied to unstructured data (like medical reports or legal contracts).
- Experience with BPMN methodology, Agile methodology, JIRA;
- Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams/squads, providing clear product/business direction and facilitating collaboration
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and designing solutions
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
